What this website is
This site is operated by Octtopus, LLC and describes Octtopus, and it lets a law firm apply to join our waitlist. Nothing here is an offer to sell, a price quote, or a binding commitment by either side.
Applying is not a purchase
Submitting a waitlist application does not buy anything, does not create an account, does not reserve capacity, and does not obligate you to pay us. No payment information is collected on this site.
We do not guarantee acceptance
We review every application, but we do not promise that any particular firm will be accepted, and we do not commit to a response within any specific time. Whether a firm moves forward depends on the fit between its intake operation and what Octtopus does.
No outcome is guaranteed
Any results described on this site come from a specific implementation at a specific firm, published with that firm’s authorization. They describe what happened there. They are not a prediction, a projection, or a guarantee of what would happen at your firm.
Not legal advice
Octtopus is an intake product for law firms. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and Octtopus does not provide legal advice or legal representation to anyone. Attorneys at a customer firm remain responsible for legal judgment, advice, and representation decisions.
Accurate information
Please submit accurate information about yourself and your firm, and do not submit confidential client information or case details through the application form. We may decline or remove an application that appears to be automated, fraudulent, or submitted on someone else’s behalf without authorization.

The Octtopus name, brand, and the content of this site belong to Octtopus. You may read, share, and link to it; please do not copy it wholesale or present it as your own.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product and the offer develop. The version on this page is the one that applies.
